FitVortex Return Policy

At FitVortex, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Period

You have 30 days from the date you receive your product to request a return. Unfortunately, after this period we won’t be able to offer a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused and in its original packaging. We’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at fitvortex.info@gmail.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
